Terms of Use

1. Your account

You are responsible for your K.O.T. account and activity. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade blocks or moderation, attempt to access another user’s account or private content, or interfere with account security.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, stories, messages, and other content you add to K.O.T. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, and share that content.

When you publish or share content through K.O.T., you grant K.O.T. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, resize, cache, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and provide the service and the audience settings you select. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, security, and enforcement retention.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use K.O.T. for harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, graphic violence intended to shock or threaten, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, malware, security attacks, illegal activity, or content you do not have permission to share. Additional standards appear in the Community Guidelines.

4. Moderation

K.O.T. may remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines, address legal requests, protect users, or protect the service.

5. Copyright

Respect intellectual property rights. Copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit notices through the process described on the Copyright / DMCA page. K.O.T. may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Service availability

K.O.T. may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important photos or memories.

7. Termination

You may stop using K.O.T. at any time and may initiate account deletion through Settings. K.O.T. may restrict or terminate access when permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or necessary safety and security measures.

8. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as K.O.T. evolves. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
